To the front of the condo is the main door leading to steps up to The Esplanade where you have the iconic view of Weymouth Beach.

There are 12 steps down to the front door on The Esplanade, this access is not suitable for people with mobility issues, however, the access to the rear is more suitable. There are three steps down into the courtyard from the car park and a further one step into the property.
