Harbour Heights is above a set of garages where you can enjoy the free parking.  Going through the gate you will have a narrow outdoor private walled courtyard with steps leading up to the front door.  Entering the home is a large open hallway where a workspace has been created.  On this floor the bathroom is located with a shower over a bath, toilet and sink.  There is a spacious open plan lounge with dining area.  The kitchen leads off the open plan area and benefits from dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster.  This is a fully functioning kitchen just begging for you to create a delicious meal with your family and friends to enjoy.

On the second floor is the master bedroom accommodating a king size bed, tv, mirror and wardrobe.  The twin bedroom accommodates two single beds, tv and wardrobe.  Also on this floor is the shower room which has a shower, toilet and sink.

MINIMUM   STAY: This property has a minimum nights stay of 3 nights during the year.

ACCESSIBILITY: The access to the property is via a set of steps which likely cause issues for people with mobility issues, this property does not accommodate wheelchair/pram access.
